Athencis Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Last updated October 2026.
What we collectOnly what you give us through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional) and message. We do not use analytics, tracking cookies or advertising on this site.
WhyTo respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and performance of a contract where one follows.
Who processes itForm submissions are received and stored by Netlify, Inc. (our website host, under its data processing terms) and delivered to our mailbox hosted by Microsoft 365. Both may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards.
How longEnquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where we work together, records are kept for the duration of the engagement and seven years afterwards for contractual and accounting purposes.
FontsPages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google receives your IP address. No other third-party resources are loaded.
Your rightsUnder UK GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to our processing of it. Email sales@athencis.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
